At Suburban Players, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our events. However, we understand that sometimes plans change.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only for canceled events. Tickets for postponed or rescheduled events will be honored on the new date.

Refund Process

To request a refund for a canceled event, please contact our customer support team at info@thesuburbanplayers.com within 14 days of the event cancellation announcement. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that service fees, processing fees, and any other additional charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same event, subject to availability and a [fee] exchange fee. All exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original event date.
